Report and Accounts is the first place to look.

Then look at the Regulatory news on the website: they would have to announce any major disposal.

There may be a structural shift going on but the key drivers of cinema attendance are:

• demographics - number of 16-25 year olds in the population (something like 65% of all movie tickets sold and a larger fraction of concession income (cinemas don't make money on the rentals they make money on the popcorn and soft drinks etc)
• number of hit movies that year (which has been falling sharply last 2 years)
