Canadian taxes: TD1 or TD1ON form?

I got my first job in Canada and now I don't know which of the two forms I was given in my new employee package I have to fill out and hand in.
I have the TD1 and the TD1ON and they have different deduction amounts.
Also....for the dependent field it has CDN$7,133.00 if you have a dependent. What if you have 3 dependents? Do you multiply that amount by the number of dependents??
I am very confused and there are no manuals to help with the filling of the form.
