Paul,

Tomorrow will be 60 days since I received the "60 day notice" from the IRS. Do you think at this point, it would be acceptable for me to contact the IRS Taxpayer Advocate?

I also want your opinion as a CPA whether you would advise me to contact a CPA to try and hammer out some of this work for me, or if I am doing ok with my current plan of action? My mom had spoken to her CPA briefly about my issue, and he mentioned to her, that he might be able to get more/better feedback from the IRS since he has some sort of account setup with them.

Would a CPA be able to do more for me at this point, that I would be able to do on my own?

I have a Form 911 (taxpayer advocate form) all filled out, and ready to be mailed at this point, just sort of waiting for the heads up on whether to pull the trigger on that yet.

Thanks
